- Corrections - if a figure here is wrong, we want to know and will fix it
- Specifications, and where a published figure came from
What we cannot
- Order status, shipping and returns - the retailer holds all of that
- Warranty claims, which are handled by the manufacturer
- Assembly, ignition, gas-hookup or placement guidance for a product already delivered - follow the manufacturer’s own manual and your local codes for that
Sizing questions are usually answered faster by the sizing pages, where published outer footprint, fire/burner diameter, height, BTU and tank location are worked through for every product in the range.
